Hi everyone,

I have decided to give jewellery making a go. I thought about doing it ages ago, but just recently ordered a book and a few beads. I have absolutely no idea which tools do what or what type of wire to use or anything, but hopefully the book will help me out a bit. I'm really looking forward to making lots of different designs. If anybody has any tips on anything to do with jewellery making, I would be more than happy if you could help.

Well, I finally finished my drawing of Dave Grohl, and I'm actually very pleased with the result. I have been working on so many pastel drawings lately, really enjoying using them. I finally got some new painting supplies, so will be doing alot of paintings soon. I will submit my work as soon as I can, but what with christmas, among many other things, I haven't had alot of time.

I am working on quite a few different things these days. I haven't done very much more on the colour pencil drawing of Katie Holmes, don't really know if I'm even going to finish it. Although I have almost finished my Dave Grohl drawing which I have been working on for some time now. I recently started a drawing of Dominic Monaghan, (Charlie from Lost, I am also really excited that series 3 is starting very soon! ) which seems to be going quite well so far.
I am really into pastels at the moment, I just love how bright they are and how nicely they blend. I have done a few lily's and stuff, and will definitely be doing alot more.
I am really low on painting supplies, and am desperate to be getting on with some new stuff, so hopefully I will be able to get some really soon

I would just like to say a big thank you to those who have commented on my work, and for adding them to your favourites. I really appreciate it!

I am working on two drawings at the moment, one is a charcoal portrait of Dave Grohl and the other is a drawing of Katie Holmes, which started out to be a pencil drawing, but then I suddenly felt like making a colour portrait. Its been quite a while since I last did one. I think its going pretty well so far, although I'm not sure if it looks like her very much

I have also made a new oil painting. Hopefully I'll be able to submit some pics soon, I've just been quite busy lately.
